Mini Charging

1. Offer with one (1) year validity takes effect from activation month upon successful registration (please allow up to 5 working days for registration process).
2. Package will expire either upon twelve (12) months of activation and total value has been depleted or whichever comes first. Any unused amounts are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
3. Exclusive subscription of RM800 is the amount paid by customer upon package registration to JomCharge.
4. Complimentary credits will be issued by JomCharge via promotion code to be activated in application platform when payment is received in full upon registration. (please allow up to 5 working days to process the free credits)
5. Total worth is the amount of prepaid charging credits given to customer in the JomCharge app. Usage may defer subject to charging station specification & vehicle battery size.
6. Customers can charge at all authorised JomCharge & Gentari charging stations nationwide except roaming partners e.g. chargEV.
7. Upon expiry of package, customers can continue to use the JomCharge platform on a normal pay per use basis via credit card payment system.
8. Customers will enjoy discounted rate at all JomCharge charging stations network based on exclusive offer provided.
9. JomCharge reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on JomCharge website. Please check the latest information posted herein to stay informed of any latest changes.

11. Package is registered once only to the linked account so it cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, pledged in any manner.

1. 1. Users are required to successfully purchase a new battery electric vehicle (“BEV”) from the authorized MINI dealers in Malaysia within period of 1 October – 31 December 2023.
   2. Users shall be eligible to obtain Promo Codes for the MINI Charging Unlimited from the authorized MINI dealers.
   3. Users are then required to register via the JomCharge application (“JC App”) first before their MINI Charging Unlimited can be activated, this process may take up to five (5) working days.
   4. Users are required to pay a one-time membership fee amounting to RM1800.00 during registration via the JC App (“Membership Fee”).
   5. Upon redemption of a valid Promo Code, Users shall be entitled to unlimited access to electric vehicle charging across all Gentari and JomCharge Charging Stations within Malaysia, this includes both Alternate Current (AC) and Direct Current (DC) charging points.
   6. The MINI Charging Unlimited shall only be applicable towards the selected Charging Station (namely Gentari and JomCharge Charging Station only, all other charging stations are excluded from this plan e.g ChargeEV).
   7. The MINI Charging Unlimited is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated and may only be used by the Users who redeemed the Promo Code.
   8. Users are responsible for any fees associated with charging equipment compatibility and any damage to Gentari and/or JomCharge’s charging stations caused by their vehicle.
   9. The Promo Codes shall be valid for a one time use only per BEV for the first 200 customers starting 1 October – 31 December 2023.
   10. The MINI Charging Unlimited is subject to fair usage policies and may not be used for commercial purposes or any illegal activities.
   11. The MINI Charging Unlimited shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) calendar months starting from the date of activation and shall automatically expire thereafter. Upon expiry of the MINI Charging Unlimited, Users shall no longer be entitled to the MINI Charging Unlimited and shall be subjected to regular charging rates in relation to their utilization of the Charging Station.
   12. Gentari and JomCharge reserves the right to terminate or suspend the MINI Charging Unlimited and User access to Gentari and
